Leak Detection Services

Do you have high water bills that you can not explain? Water showing up where it shouldn't be? The sound of water when none is running? We can help. ECHI uses state of the art leak detection equipment to identify and locate plumbing leaks. We can determine whether a leak is truely present, then find and mark the source. We specialize in slab leaks, but we can find your leak wherever it may be hiding.

Sewer Camera Inspections

Most people don't like the think about their sewer lines, but if they become problematic, repairs can become pricey. If you are buying an older home or there are large trees on the property, we recommend you have a sewer camera inspection performed to locate problems sooner rather than later.

Home Maintenance Inspection

a home maintenance inspection is generally done annually or seasonally to make a homeowner aware of potential issues before they become costly repairs and repairs that need to be made.

Thermal Imaging

Thermal Imaging is included in every home inspection at no extra cost. The thermal imaging camera reads temperature differences and is great at finding missing insulation and wet spots. Not every inspector can see what we can see.

Aerobic Septic Inspections

Our inspector is certified by NAWT to inspect aerobic septic systems. At the time of this writing, Ellis County has more aerobic septic systems than any other county in Texas and we look at plenty of them! If you are new to this type of system, we'll make sure you understand how it works and what care and maintenance may be necessary.

Swimming Pool Inspections

Swimming Pools are great fun, but sometimes can have deficiencies that can become costly. If you are buying a house with a pool, we always suggest a pool inspection. We also inspect spas and hot tubs.
